Strong Password Tips

Information_1.png

We’ve been blessed with many talented photographers over the years: students who voluntarily stood in sweltering/ freezing arenas, capturing lifelong memories of lessons, camps and shows. We’re grateful to all of them!

One former student, Delaney Witbrod, is now a professional photographer with a gift for animal portraits – see more of her fine work here. We’re also grateful for photos of Western riding donated by LLPro instructors – particularly Bit of Pleasure Horse School and Joyful Hearts Photography!

You’ll find illustrations throughout our online courses and printed materials graciously donated by our friend Rhonda Hagy. Evan Surrusco contributes additional illustrations and handles most of our photo processing. Contact us for information about their work.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS FOR YOUR LOGIN

When you first enroll, you’re automatically signed in to your new account with the username and password you just created.

We recommend using a password manager (1Password, LastPass, Dashlane, etc.) rather than saving passwords in your browser. However, if you do save login credentials in your browser, please be aware that it may only save your current login information – which is your username and password.

If you forget your username and try to sign in with your email address, your browser may not autofill this information correctly — especially if you’re using Chrome — and sadly, it won’t tell you why!

If you’d prefer to sign in using your email address, we recommend that you sign out now, then sign in again with your email address and your same password. Then save that pair of login credentials in your browser.

If you still have login problems, try to clear your cookies or reset your password. If all else fails, contact us and we’ll try to help.

We really want you to have access to all of this good stuff!

UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD

When you enroll in an LLPro Annual Membership, a subscription is automatically created for you with STRIPE, our credit card processing service.

For your security, we don’t have access to your credit card details – but we do have a handy Stripe link that lets you change your credit card info. Check the My LLPro Account page for the payment information found on the My Membership tab. If your account is still active, you can use the Update link on that page to change your credit card information.

IMPORTANT:
You'll want to make sure your card information is updated BEFORE your membership subscription expires - but if you forget to do this and your renewal payment fails, check your email for an automated message from us with a STRIPE link to update your card and renew your membership!

HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If you have an LLPro Annual Membership, your subscription was set up with STRIPE to automatically renew, using the credit card you used at enrollment. One calendar year after your enrollment date, STRIPE will bill your card and send you an email message telling you the renewal purchase was successfull. You’ll also receive an automated email from us saying that your subscription has been renewed for another year.

The only thing you need to do to keep your membership renewing happily: check the credit card used for your account to make sure it’s updated!

If STRIPE tries to charge your credit card and the transaction fails – usually due to an expired card or insufficient funds – you’ll get an email message with a link to update your card information. STRIPE will resubmit a failed payment to your bank several times, and notify you of the results each time.

If you don’t want your membership subscription to renew, you should cancel it to avoid having STRIPE submit multiple rebilling attempts and sending you multiple “transaction failed” emails!

You can update payments or cancel a membership on the My LLPro Account page.

If you need help with any part of this process, send us a message.

HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If you have an LLPro Annual Membership, we can manually convert your subscription to a one-time Lifetime payment.

Note: This upgrade option is only available until we discontinue the Lifetime membership. Everyone who signs up now for a Lifetime Membership will still keep that membership, no matter how we change the membership plans in the future.

Just send us a message telling us that you want to upgrade!

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Any membership plan may be cancelled after 30 days; however, membership fees are not refundable. See our Legal Stuff page for details about refunds.

To cancel your current subscription, go to the My LLPro Account page, and look for the CANCEL link on the My Membership tab. After you submit the cancellation, you’ll receive an auto-generated email confirming the membership cancellation — check your Promo/Spam folder if you don’t see that email within 5 minutes.

After you cancel your subscription payments, your membership will officially expire at the end of your current billing cycle (one year after your enrollment date). Until that point, you’ll still have full access to your plan benefits.

If you later decide to enroll in a membership again, contact us to use your existing login credentials; otherwise, you can create a new account with a different username and email address.
