You asked for the opportunity to talk Learning Levels with us in a 1-on-1 setting… so we are officially offering limited bookings for Zoom consultations!
This could be a great option if you have a lot of questions about running a Levels-based lesson program, or if you’d like to get ideas for launching your own curriculum. A private Zoom meeting (usually with Nikki) is definitely the most efficient way to get detailed, personalized answers to those questions!

WE CAN HELP YOU:
- Come up with a strategy for implementing Learning Levels into your new or existing lesson program.
- Determine which Learning Levels resources will be most helpful for you and your students, and figure out the best way of using and distributing study materials.
- Choose awards and incentives for your Levels — and figure out the best way to display them!
- Plan camps, clinics, or Level Up Days based around your curriculum.
- Brainstorm some "big picture" lesson planning, including unmounted education and goal setting sessions.
A FEW THINGS WE CAN'T HELP YOU WITH:
- Nitty-gritty business advice, including pricing and payment structures, advertising and/or managing a team. We learned most of our business wisdom the hard way and don't consider this to be our area of expertise — but we are happy to direct you to our friends who ARE masters at creating profitable business models!
- Likewise, we aren't the best people to ask about current trends and best practices for marketing a lesson program. We can tell you what's worked for us in the past, but it's been 6 years now since we restructured our lesson business so we can't guarantee that the same methods will work for you.
- We cannot recommend a specific course of action for individual riders or horses in your lesson program.
Here's how it works:
- It's important that we work together with the same goals, so please make sure you check the FAQ and read the details of our Consultation Agreement before you sign up.
- For a limited time, you'll pay a special introductory fee of $60.00 USD for a scheduled Zoom meeting (up to 50 minutes). Use the calendar app below to book and pay for your appointment.
- The booking form will have a space for you to tell us about your lesson program and goals for the consultation. Please share details so we can best prepare for our meeting!

We'll send you an Appointment Confirmation email when you book your consultation appointment — if you don't see this message in your inbox within 5 minutes, please contact us!
One day before your scheduled appointment, we'll send you an Appointment Reminder email. You'll receive a second reminder email a few hours before our meeting. You can also choose to have us send a text message reminder a few hours before the meeting.
To attend the meeting, simply click the Zoom meeting link in one of these emails a few minutes before the meeting is due to start. - Video is not a requirement, but be sure to test your audio to ensure we can hear you clearly! - You may reschedule your appointment at any point prior to 60 minutes before the meeting start time. To reschedule: use the Reschedule link in your Appointment Confirmation or Appointment Reminder email messages.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel as far in advance of the meeting date as possible to make that appointment slot available for someone else! To cancel: use the Cancel link in your Appointment Confirmation or Appointment Reminder email messages.
We'll create a refund for your booking payment — less a non-refundable $5.00 processing fee — but only if you cancel at least 60 minutes before your scheduled appointment. No refunds are possible after that 60-minute window!

Who can sign up for this service?
Consultations are available to all instructors interested in discussing the Learning Levels curriculum, with or without an LLPro Membership.
You will need to be able to access a Zoom meeting link, and have a clear vision for what you'd like to accomplish during the call!

How long will our meeting last?
We'll plan on allowing up to 50 minutes for our chat, so we can answer as many of your questions as possible. Just let us know if you need to leave the meeting early!
Why use Zoom for our meetings?
Zoom allows us to share links, photos and other resources we think you'll find useful - without exchanging personal phone numbers.

Can I just call you to chat over the phone?
This is not currently an option for our consultations.
What can we accomplish during our meeting?
We're happy to answer any Learning Levels or curriculum-related questions you may have — although we suspect you'll get the most out of your time if you have a specific topic or goal you'd like to dive into! See the list above for some suggestions.
Can I book more than one meeting?
Absolutely — simply repeat the booking process by selecting your next meeting from the calendar above!
Can I reschedule?
Yes, if you reschedule at least 60-minutes before the start of your original meeting. Check your Appointment Confirmation email (or the Appointment Reminder email ) for a link to find available appointments.
Can I cancel?
You can find a link to reschedule or cancel your meeting in your original booking confirmation email, and in the Appointment Reminder email we send 4 hours before the meeting — but you'll need to cancel at least 60 minutes prior to our meeting to receive a refund (less the $5.00 non-refundable processing fee).

Oops — I missed my scheduled meeting! What should I do?
If you miss a meeting, you'll need to book and pay for a new appointment.
