Terms and Conditions - Cookie and Privacy Policies
This is an excruciatingly long page full of useful information
and dull-but-necessary legal gobbledygook.
Customer Service and Office Hours
Our website’s Contact Us form is the easiest way to send us questions or comments. You can also email us directly:
BossMares [at] HorseSenseLearningLevels.com
We are a small family-owned and operated business. Like you, we have MANY students to teach, horses and dogs and cats and a mischievous donkey and families to nurture and maintain, so our ability to reply to routine inquiries is necessarily limited to dedicated office hours:
Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (US Eastern Time)
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
However, we make every effort to reply to all inquiries via email within 24 hours.

All content of this site, unless specifically attributed to someone else, is the property of HorseSense Learning Levels, LLC.
Our membership subscriptions grant our registered users the right to use the content of this site, along with the content of any downloadable materials, for their own use.
This means that you may print the materials or use the content online, for your own educational, informational, or entertainment purposes. Registered users who are equine professionals may also print materials or distribute PDF files for use in their own educational programs for their own students’ use.
Should you wish to re-brand the materials with your equine business logo or otherwise modify the content, you may do so only for use in your own lesson program. For any other modifications or publication, you’ll need to contact us for specific licensing information.
Having said that, you are prohibited from violating our copyright by reselling or distributing PDF files to anyone not a student or client of your lesson program, or modifying, transmitting, reusing, or re-posting any of our content, including the text, images, and video, for any other commercial purposes unless we give you express written permission.
We currently offer these membership plans:
- LLPro Annual Membership – purchased via credit card with an annually-recurring subscription payment. Allows registered user to log in and access all premium online and downloadable content at any time during the active subscription period (one calendar year from date of payment). Automatically renews at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date.
- LLPro Lifetime Membership – purchased with a one-time payment. Allows registered user to log in and access all premium online and downloadable content at any time, with no expiration date, until the membership is manually cancelled by the subscriber.
You must be logged in to access all of the members-only premium content on our site. If you need assistance with your login credentials, please contact us!
You may cancel your membership subscription by:
- Selecting the Cancel option in your My LLPro Account dashboard.
- Sending us a message using our website contact form or email.
But please be aware of the following terms:
LLPro memberships are not refundable – however, access to your LLPro membership benefits will continue to the end of the paid subscription period or until manually cancelled, whichever happens first.
FREE NEWSLETTER subscriptions
When you sign up for an LLPro membership, we’ll ask you if you want to subscribe to our free email newsletter service. You can opt in after your subscription purchase using the link on the Thank You page – or at any later time via the Sign Up for Our Newsletter page.
However, enrollment in a newsletter subscription is FREE – no membership is required.
When you subscribe, we’ll send you occasional email newsletters to keep you informed of new teaching resources and special offers. We don’t like spam, so you’ll only receive newsletters when we have something worthwhile to share, typically once per month!
You may cancel your newsletter subscription at any time using the link at the bottom of every email message – or just send us a message.
the usual caveat for recommended resources
We share our LLPro members’ personal recommendations for various outside resources – any materials not owned and created by HorseSense Learning Levels, LLC – to help you find useable teaching tools.
Please carefully evaluate all recommended resources to determine if they will work for your unique program. We offer no warranty for your experience with outside resources, and cannot be held liable for the opinions of our users.
We use Stripe’s secure payment gateway for credit card purchases. This means you don’t have to leave our website to process your payment.
At checkout, you’ll have the option to save your credit card information, which is handy when you need to reorder ribbons! Saved payment information is stored on Stripe’s server, and we do not have access to it.
You can access your saved payment details on your My LLPro Account or Shop Account page.
After submitting your payment, you’ll automatically be directed to our website’s Thank You page. Information about your order will appear on this page.
You should also receive an auto-generated email with a transaction receipt. If you don’t receive this email, please check your PROMO, JUNK, or SPAM folder for an email from bossmares [at] horsesenselearninglevels.com. If no message arrives within an hour, send us a message.
You can purchase Learning Levels ribbons and other teaching tools directly from our Shop – no membership is required.
LLPro members receive members-only discount codes for Shop products. These codes must be applied on the Cart or Checkout pages BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR PURCHASE.
So please check your order carefully before you submit it!
If you forget to add a coupon code, or to manually select the Free Shipping option, we’re not able to change that order after you’ve submitted the payment – our only option is to refund your purchase amount, less a 10% processing fee, and have you resubmit the whole order.
If you have questions or problems with any Shop purchase, contact us!
Shop refunds and returns
Printed materials and physical products from our shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that we receive the materials in undamaged condition. Buyer must pay return postage unless we agree otherwise before items are shipped back to us. Refunds will be processed when we receive the materials.
If your Shop order arrives in damaged condition, contact us within 21 days of your purchase date so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
No refunds will be issued after 21 days from your purchase date.
Digital files can’t be returned, of course, so all downloadable purchases are necessarily not refundable.
NOTE: Membership subscriptions are also not eligible for refunds; see our Cancellation Policy for details.
Shipping fees for Shop merchandise
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. That means our orders are shipped by default via USPS First Class unless you choose a different option – including Free Shipping, if applicable – at checkout.
It’s also the reason we have to restrict our Free Shipping offer to the United States.
If your after-coupon order total is $45.00 or more, you’ll be eligible for free shipping. The free shipping option will magically appear on your checkout form – please make sure you select that option before you complete your order!
With USPS First Class shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within the 4-12 day range, depending upon the distance it must travel from north Georgia.
If you choose priority or expedited shipping, we’ll provide a tracking number with an estimated arrival date – usually within 2-4 days.
We’ll send you an email once your order is shipped. If you don’t receive your order within a reasonable time frame, let us know!
