We have been blessed with many talented photographers over the years: students who voluntarily stood out in a sweltering/ freezing arena – or slogged up and down our hilly pastures – capturing lifelong memories of camps, clinics, and shows. We’re grateful to all of them!

SHOP DOWNLOAD FILES

You’ll create a username and password for a Shop Account during the checkout process. When your purchase is completed you’ll be automatically signed in and redirected to a Thank You page with your order info and a link to download the PDF file(s).

IMPORTANT:
Each item purchased through our Shop may only be downloaded TWICE. If you open the file in a browser make sure you immediately DOWNLOAD OR SAVE it to your desktop or device before you close the browser - or you'll lose your access opportunity!

You’ll also receive an email message with a link to sign in to your Shop Account; this is handy if you want to wait to download a purchased file later, or to quickly reorder something from a previous purchase.

Shop files have unlimited printing capabilities, so once you’ve saved the file, you can open it from your device and print all of it or just selected pages as needed. Look for detailed help for files on our Help with Download Files page.

Please note that resources purchased through our Shop are not eligible for free updates; to get the latest revisions you’ll need to purchase the newest version – or an LLPro membership!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For your convenience, our standard shipping rates are flat rate fees. That means that the same shipping amount is added to your total no matter how many items are in your order. No guesswork!

During the checkout process, you will see all of the shipping options available to you, based on your shipping address location. If you live in the US Domestic zone (lower 48 states), you’ll choose either Standard Flat Rate ($4.50) or Expedited Flat Rate ($25.00) – or with a $45 purchase, you can choose Free Standard Shipping.

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, your only choice is Extended Flat Rate ($25.00) – no free or expedited shipping is available to these areas.

You’ll qualify for Free Standard Shipping if your order total equals or exceeds $45.00 – after any discount code is applied but before tax (tax is applied only if you’re a Georgia resident). You’ll see this rate automatically added to your options. Make sure you manually select free shipping before submitting your order!
