The power of the Learning Levels system lies in its series of small, achievable goals that motivate students to keep learning.
Make sure students get recognition when they complete all of the goals for a Level — and encourage them to start the next set of goals — with simple rewards and public glory.
These printable certificates track and reward students' Learning Levels progress with checklists of objectives. Students color a new section of the horse as they complete an objective — and end up with a colorful memento of their journey through that Level.
Certificates are available for every Level of every curriculum.

Our newest printable certificates make it easy to reward students for completing requirements for each Learning Level.
You'll find two different colorful PDF files in a .ZIP archive: a Print Only version for bulk printing on your desktop or at a local print shop, and an Interactive PDF Form for adding a student's name before you print.
You can also add your logo or other custom text with any PDF editor!
We think there are also some unofficial achievements that deserve recognition — those small-but-meaningful experiences we often have with horses.
Our Horsemanship students are always proud to get this Real Riders Club certificate after they recover from their first fall off a horse.
Consider awarding simple certificates for other epic equine experiences: first canter, first jump, first show or trail ride, first sheath cleaning experience, or any other semi-momentous occasion.
If No-Stirrup November is an annual event at your barn, then it's definitely another horsey milestone worth celebrating!
We give students this certificate to reward their physical effort and dedication — and the improvement in their seats. They can then share their achievement on #nostirrupnovember social media.
Ribbons are the standard equestrian award for a reason: they're inexpensive, easy to obtain, customizable, colorful, and evidence of equine achievement that is recognizable to non-horsey people. Our students LOVE their simple pointed-top flat ribbons, so we created a generic Levels ribbon you can purchase in our Shop.
We've used numerous other small rewards in lessons and camps, including dollar store tiaras, strings of colorful beads, barn swag like T-shirts and saddle pads, horsey books, and the perennial camp favorite: first choice of the popsicle flavors!
And lots of carrots or EMS-friendly treats. Don't forget to reward your equine business partners!
