When you first enroll, you’re automatically signed in to your new account with the username and password you just created.
We recommend using a password manager (1Password, LastPass, Dashlane, etc.) rather than saving passwords in your browser. However, if you do save login credentials in your browser, please be aware that it may only save your current login information – which is your username and password.
If you forget your username and try to sign in with your email address, your browser may not autofill this information correctly — especially if you’re using Chrome — and sadly, it won’t tell you why!
If you’d prefer to sign in using your email address, we recommend that you sign out now, then sign in again with your email address and your same password. Then save that pair of login credentials in your browser.
If you still have login problems, try to clear your cookies or reset your password. If all else fails, contact us and we’ll try to help.
We really want you to have access to all of this good stuff!
Make sure you see receipts for your membership enrollment,
your subscription to Boss Mares newsletters and updates,
and those critical password-reset emails if you forget your password!
If you don’t see an expected email or newsletter from us, first check your email INBOX,
then check your PROMO/SPAM/JUNK FOLDER.
While you’re at it, you’ll probably want to whitelist our sender address so you don’t miss anything vital:

If you still can’t find email from us, send us a message on our Facebook Page and we’ll try to help.

We’ll be shined up and

We’ve been blessed with many talented photographers over the years: students who voluntarily stood in sweltering/ freezing arenas, capturing lifelong memories of lessons, camps and shows. We’re grateful to all of them!
One former student, Delaney Witbrod, is now a professional photographer with a gift for animal portraits – see more of her fine work here. We’re also grateful for photos of Western riding donated by LLPro instructors – particularly Bit of Pleasure Horse School and Joyful Hearts Photography!
You’ll find illustrations throughout our online courses and printed materials graciously donated by our friend Rhonda Hagy. Evan Surrusco contributes additional illustrations and handles most of our photo processing. Contact us for information about their work.
