No-Stirrup Month Certificate

Learning Levels Downloads

Helpful information about this resource:

Use our full-color printable certificate to reward riders of all levels for surviving No-Stirrup November! This popular annual event encourages riders to build strength and improve their seat by riding without stirrups for an entire month, traditionally in the month of November.

Designed for bulk printing – just add a date,  sign your name and hand them out.

Use our No-Stirrup Skills Checklists to plan lessons for each Learning Level. Then celebrate your students’ dedication with these printable certificates – and help remind them why riding without stirrups is a good idea the rest of the year, too.

Make sure your printer software is set for “landscape” page orientation – and not set to “shrink to fit”!

If you’re using colored or textured certificate paper, do a test print first to make sure it’s all legible.

Pro Tip: If you have a lot of students participating – or if this is an established annual event for your program – might be easier and more economical to have a bunch of blank certificates printed at a local copy center.

We’ve been blessed with many talented photographers over the years: students who voluntarily stood in sweltering/ freezing arenas, capturing lifelong memories of lessons, camps and shows. We’re grateful to all of them!

One former student, Delaney Witbrod, is now a professional photographer with a gift for animal portraits – see more of her fine work here. We’re also grateful for photos of Western riding donated by LLPro instructors – particularly Bit of Pleasure Horse School and Joyful Hearts Photography!

You’ll find illustrations throughout our online courses and printed materials graciously donated by our friend Rhonda Hagy. Evan Surrusco contributes additional illustrations and handles most of our photo processing. Contact us for information about their work.
