Unlike traditional lesson plans, Teaching Guides contain flexible unmounted lesson activities and tips for teaching our HorseSense curriculum.

You'll find creative ideas for keeping lessons fresh, engaging and challenging in every Teaching Guide.
Each Guide has suggested equipment for hands-on learning, safety guidelines, variations for private or group lessons, and tips for assessing students' mastery of that objective.
Teaching Guides are labelled with Levels Topics so you can plan lessons for a particular skill or equine knowledge: e.g. unmounted safety, grooming, feeding and nutrition, tack, conformation, etc.
