Level Up Flashcards – Green HorseSense

Learning Levels Downloads

Need to know more about this resource?

Level Up flashcard sets contain terms and definitions for objectives in the Learning Levels curriculum. All of the terminology is taken directly from the information in our study guides – in this case, the Green Level HorseSense Study Guide.

Flashcards can be printed with the term on one side of the card and the definitions on the other side; you can also print them with the terms and definitions on separate cards, which makes them useful for matching games.

Sets are designed to print on standard business card templates – get printing tips here – but could just be printed on plain card stock.

212 terms in this set.

This PDF file is formatted for full color desktop printing on standard 2 ½ x 3” business card sheets (10 cards per sheet). We use Avery template #8871 or equivalent.

Or just print on card stock and cut.

Make sure your printer software is not set to “shrink to fit”.

Use the printing instructions included in your package of business-card sheets, and check your printer model’s documentation for settings.

If you’d rather print and cut your own cards on plain card stock, see our downloadable printing tips.

PRO TIP: You could also create your own custom Level Up card sets with our template – just copy and paste to a new document, then edit.

If you don’t have access to a printer, try opening the PDF file on your desktop or mobile device. You should be able to scroll through the cards to read the terms and definitions.

We have been blessed with many talented photographers over the years: students who voluntarily stood out in a sweltering/ freezing arena – or slogged up and down our hilly pastures – capturing lifelong memories of camps, clinics, and shows. We’re grateful to all of them!

One such student, Delaney Witbrod, is now a professional photographer with a gift for animal portraits – see more of her fine work here.

You’ll also find illustrations throughout our online courses and printed materials (like study guides) graciously donated by Rhonda Hagy, who is a student and lifelong friend. Contact us for information about her work.

Are we lucky or WHAT?!
